The Wolf of the Financial District

I was invited to have lunch at Texican restaurant Tres Carnes at their new location in the Financial District. I've never ate there before and was looking forward to trying their authentic menu options. I brought my sister Aneta with me and we both enjoyed the food, especially the street-cart corn topping. I have ate at similar fast-food restaurants such as Qdoba, Chipotle, and Baja Fresh before, but Tres Carnes has an authentic and fresh flavor. What makes Tres Carnes stand out is their unique and slow cooked meat options. I also really like they add paprika to their guacamole for an extra kick. Even though there is a Chipotle across the street from the 101 Maiden Lane restaurant, customers are drawn into the local new lunch option.
