Vegan Grub & Lydia

I was extremely thrilled to receive press passes for the Lydia show at Highline Ballroom - a big thank you to my awesome editor Talia from Joonbug.com. Tour life isn't complete without Emily's witty humor, wine, and vegan treats. We ate at Blossom on Carmine before the show, a very lovely vegan restaurant. To start we had the fried pickles which were served with a black peppercorn ranch for dipping. Emily and I shared our entrees which were the Picatta and Marsala, both made from seitan. It was my first time seeing Lydia perform live and it was wonderful.
